The place was lovely little and incredibly beautiful. The staff were pleasant and outstandingly accommodating all the time. Enjoyed our excellent breakfast with all the preserves and jam.

Beautiful place to stay with excellent location close to everything and delicious food. Location just off the Downtown, the Cathedral and San Miguel de Allende. For tea or coffee visit Jacques Cafe nearby. Good service, parking nearby.

This hotel offers great value for money, considering its location close to downtown. It's just a short walk away, allowing easy access to the main plaza and all the attractions of San Miguel de Allende. The staff is not only professional but also extremely helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and some even come with a lovely patio or fireplace. Additionally, the breakfast, which is included in the price, is absolutely delicious.

Minor inconveniences were encountered, but they didn't majorly impact the overall experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel just near downtown. The location was fabulous, allowing me to walk everywhere in this beautiful city. The staff were excellent and very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was well set up with amenities like a coffee pot, which I appreciated. The hotel was perfect, nothing to improve.

The hotel's location was great, offering easy access to San Miguel de Allende's top tourist attractions while also being away from the busy downtown area. Rooms were well-equipped with everything you might need, and the staff was courteous and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of amenities on offer, including a pool and a coffee pot in every room.

Although the hotel was generally great, there were some issues with noise levels in the mornings if you left the window open.

We had a really good breakfast during our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, just outside the busiest area. The outdoor space was well cared for, and was a great spot to sit and relax.

We didn't like the condition of the room. It was smaller than expected and some of the furniture was crooked and poorly finished, which took away from the coziness we were expecting.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right near the downtown area. You won't even need a car as everything you need to get to around town is within walking distance. The staff at this hotel is truly fantastic. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests and make you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with some even featuring a cozy fireplace and a beautiful view. The attention to detail in the room decor is apparent.

We had a great city break! The breakfast was the best part, with homemade bread and fresh fruit, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. We also loved the location, just a few blocks away from the main attractions. Plus, it was very affordable.

The swimming pool was not usable during our stay, as it seemed dirty and had hoses inside. we would have appreciated a coffee maker or kettle in the room for convenience, as we had to ask for hot water at the reception.
